Fall And Rise (Unbelievable)
The above video is a metaphor for life in general. Sometimes we get knocked down – as a matter of fact, we are guaranteed to get knocked down and sometimes it happens at the most important times of our lives, when it matters most. Since everyone is guaranteed to get knocked down at some point, the falling down part doesn’t really matter. What matters is how we rise up. We can choose to fall and make excuses for why we’re not victorious, or we can get up, and become more committed to success. Success is never giving up; not one person ever became successful by giving up.

In fitness and training, clients/trainees and even myself, will always hit walls, barriers and plateaus. The people who give up right before they break through that wall are always the ones that say, “that didn’t work for me” or “I can’t do it”. The people who stay committed, stay consistent and have a faith that their goals are going to be achieved will be victorious in one form or another.
The bottom line is that people who quit never feel what it’s like to win and succeed in the face of any challenge or obstacle. Make an oath to never give up on yourself or your goals whether they are in fitness or if they are personal.
