Hey! I hope your life and your fitness are going well, if not, I did a new video on kettle bells and proper training that may at least help your fitness out. I am not sure what it will do for your life but I will hope for the best icon smile Kettle Bells For Your Health .

Let me start off by saying that there is so much info that I could have fit into this video and I had a hard time picking what to say and what to put into it because everybody is at a different training level and some have never used kettle bells before. With that said, if you have any questions or comments about training with kettle bells, leave them in the comment section below.

As I stated in the video, you should follow a basic strength and conditioning regimen before you do any advanced movements not only with kettle bells but with any type of training.

I love training with kettle bells because you only need 3 or 4 of them to suit your training based on your strength and level – that is all you need for an amazing work out.

Plus, they are amazing tool for:

  • Fat Burning
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Sport specific training
  • Explosive power training
  • Stability training
  • Gaining lean muscle, etc.

Now, it is important to note that I am no kettle bell guru and if you are looking for one, check out my friend Geoff Neupert. He is a master instructor for RKC (Russian Kettle Bells). But I do hold 2 certifications with 2 different programs and I have been training with kettle bells for over 5 years now, so I know a good bit about them.
