HARVARD’S 26 HEALTH REVELATIONS
About a month ago I received in the mail Harvard’s 26 Health Revelations. I decided to post them and comment on certain “health revelations”. There seems to be a pattern with these “health revelations” that I am not sure I like. After the 26 health revelations, I give my 4 health revelations.

Hey! Yesterday I did a TV interview on back pain with Jody Chapinand Tim Guidera of WTOC Savannah.
