I’m not a big supporter of New Year’s Resolutions particularly because I think that you should work on your goals continuously. Especially because I see it time again – an influx of the dedicated resolution makers into the gyms come January or February and by March or April, they’re nowhere to be found. I won’t judge. This is a simple refresher course to hopefully get you on the right track or if you’re veering off, to hopefully help you stay the course.
