Hey! Yesterday I did a TV interview on back pain with Jody Chapinand Tim Guidera of WTOC Savannah. It was funny because I was talking about back pain, exercise and diet and the guy who had a piece after me was speaking about burgers and beer for the summer, some of the exact things that can cause inflammation and more back pain.

Since everyone is guaranteed to get knocked down at some point, the falling down part doesn’t really matter. What matters is how we rise up. We can choose to fall and make excuses for why we’re not victorious, or we can get up, and become more committed to success. Success is never giving up; not one person ever became successful by giving up.
