We all know someone who has or has had back pain. Research shows that more than 80% of Americans will experience some type of back pain at one or more point(s) in their lives. Some experts believe that these numbers are more drastic and in actuality, 100% of people will face back pain in their lives. When back pain “attacks” most of us head straight to bed to rest and relax until the pain subsides, topping it off with pain killers… ah… the good old band-aid approach.
