(BEAUFORT, SC August 29, 2011) – If you watched the news a couple weeks ago you might have seen the footage of Nancy Reagan’s near-fall as she walked with a group of people. The 90-year-old former First Lady stumbled, lost her balance and took a tumble, but fortunately was not hurt.

About a month ago I received in the mail Harvard’s 26 Health Revelations. I decided to post them and comment on certain “health revelations”. There seems to be a pattern with these “health revelations” that I am not sure I like. After the 26 health revelations, I give my 4 health revelations.

1) Relax. The rumor that olive oil turns into “bad” trans fat when used in cooking just isn’t true.
