And there are a few reasons why it is very important for your child specifically because not only does it stave off things like disease for example like diabetes, obesity or any disease or health issue that might come down the road – it’s going to prevent that and keep them in good physical condition – but besides that there’s a Unique Window of Opportunity from ages 6 to 12 that if you miss that period then you will prevent your child from maximizing their bone density, their tendons, ligaments, giving them good posture, strength, endurance, coordination, cardiovascular system, developing their nervous system, developing agility, which translates massively for the rest of their lives. So 6 to 12, if they did not train properly within that age they will not have developed this to the maximum ability or get the maximum of benefit. Also, it would drastically improve sport performance at this age as well as into the future because you have developed all ligaments, tendons, movement patterns, nervous system.
