0 Personal Training And Injuries

Enjoy this training…

Published on October 5, 2010 By Ian

Good Morning!

This morning I decided to write a quick blog post after speaking with my mom on the phone last night. Let me start off by saying that I love my Mom and I take full responsibility for her not know what I am about to explain to you. The scenario I am about to play out is a major pet peeve of mine and I actually have an allergic reaction when I see people in the gym do the exercises that I am about to go over, if their goal is weight loss or fat loss. My reaction is even worse when I see trainers training their over weight clients this way. The conversation started out speaking about family and plans for Thanksgiving but it quickly turned to a fitness consultation after my mom started explaining her new fitness regimen to me.

Hey, I hope you are having a  great day and just wanted to add some extra motivation to help you achieve your goals. I love quotes because great people in our time have said so much in so few words. Their words were backed up by actions and accomplishments, making them that much more powerful. These quotes inspire me…I hope they inspire you and add fuel to the fire to get you to push through tough times, tough training, and to overcome things that you may perceive as obstacles (obstacles are only in the mind) and help you reach a new level of fitness and living! If you have a great quote that you would like to share, please post it in the comment section below. Enjoy!
